Durian Paradise Day~

I love DURIAN. Yes, I love it so much. But I control myself to eat it too much, cos it is a food can cause me FAT and also it is too heat for my body~

Durian Paradise is recommended by my colleague Ms Vivi~ She have a very sensitive tongue, I trust her taste :D 

It is a chiffon cake which filled with durian. See the first picture...dang tang!

First layer is almond flake, chocolate flake, cream & durian paste.
Second layer is chiffon cake
Then third layer is very thick durian paste.
Fourth layer is thin chiffon cake, durian paste again then thin chiffon cake!
Can you imagine how much Durian paste the pastry chef put it inside? Every one spoon (not tea spoon pls~) of cake which put into your mouth sure you can eat the Durian~ Oishii~~

The cream & cake is no sugar at all. Therefore, the cake is not sweet, you can only taste the softness of the chiffon cake with the durian paste! A real & good quality durian paste, not jam ok!

It is a homemade cake, no delivery~ Sorry for those who stay far away from my home town - KLANG. :)

There is variety of cake sell by Irene (Pastry chef) however, at the moment I just tried her Durian Paradise. Will recommend more if there is others nice cake from her.

Whole cake is RM110, I bought half (RM55) and half can feed my family (9 people).
